News Bulletin: Obama caught reading the wrong book!

There is a photo roaming the Internet of Mr. Obama holding a book. 

It says, "The name of the book is:  The Post-American World, and it was written by a fellow Muslim.(Fareed Zakaria)  "Post" America means: The World "After" America !"

The message goes on to say, “If each person sends this to a minimum of twenty people on their address list, in three days, all people in The United States of America would have the message. I believe this is one photo that really should be passed around."

First off, if the author needs to explain what the word, "post" means it says a lot about his target audience.  Second, I thought the days of banning and burning books were gone.  Third, the implication that Mr. Obama is somehow guilty of being anti-American on its face is ridiculous.  But this author takes it down the rabbit hole a bit further because of the book's title and author.
